1. With 1-day ticket for İSFANBUL Theme Park, you can use all units in the park during the day. Services such as Fairground games, Dryer, Gifts, Food & Beverage and Photography are not included in the ticket price, they are charged additionally.
2. The activity of the entertainment units in İSFANBUL THEME PARK might be affected by weather conditions and maintenance works. During the day, you can get information from Theme Park staff on our rides closed for technical maintenance in İSFANBUL Theme Park.
3. The tickets sold by İSFANBUL Theme Park cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Outside food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages are not permitted in İSFANBUL Theme Park venues.
5. Flammable substances, armed, explosive and cutting objects are not permitted in İSFANBUL Theme Park.
6. Pets are not allowed in İSFANBUL Theme Park.
7. Frisbee, ball and similar objects that may present hazards for guests and/or inconveniences for staff, as well as equipment such as scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates and similar equipment that may affect pedestrian traffic are not permitted in Theme Park.
8. The penalty for breaches of the rules in areas where smoking is not permitted is specified in accordance with Law No. 4207 and Related Laws.
9. In cases of theft, aggressive attitudes, violation of any rule of the theme park, endangering of peace and security in İSFANBUL Theme Park due to quarrels in queues and violation of indicated safety and security rules, İSFANBUL Theme Park Management or the person/persons assigned by the management will reserve right to prevent entry of gusts into theme park and/or to take them away from the theme park.
10. All photos, video and audio recordings are for your personal use only. The use, reproduction or production of these materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without our written consent.
11. For security reasons, our park is monitored with a camera system.
12. Entertainment rides always involve certain risks. With your participation, you have accepted the natural risks that any person with common sense should be aware of. When using entertainment rides, you should consider this as a decision-making exercise and behave accordingly. It is obligatory to comply with the written warnings and limitations on the rides and verbal warnings of the staff.
13. Accompanying persons are responsible for minors and guests under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter the park venues alone. A companion for a guest under 15 years old be under 18 (eighteen) years old.
14. Children under 1 year old are not allowed to take a ride on any entertainment ride other than the train.
15. All rides have limitations for your safety and comfort, such as health status, body weight and height, age and companion requirement.
16. The health status of guests should be good and there should be no indications for any potential medical problem. Please get medical advice if you have any uncertainty or experience mental, physical, and chronic problems regarding your health. 17. Theme Park guests should not have any health problems, such as heart disease, back or neck problems, unstitched surgical sutures or high blood pressure.
18. Apart from these, special restrictions are shown on the rule signs and they are checked by the staff. Please be aware of these restrictions and make sure to follow them.
19. It is recommended to wear shoes suitable for Theme Park.
20. Tickets must be original, have a date of issue, and must be presented before this date. The staff may request identification card and matching signature if necessary. Keep your ticket/bill at all times with you until you leave Theme Park. In case of counterfeit card/wristbands or fraudulent use, legal action will be taken.
21. The responsibility of valuable items belongs to the guest. Storage lockers are available against a fee.
22. Within the framework of security measures, the use of selfie sticks is not allowed in İSFANBUL Theme Park rides due to the their risk of being dropped and damaging the surrounding guests.
23. A sold ticket cannot be transferred resold to any other person.
24. Free
tickets that are given in social media campaigns and event and fair
organizations cannot be sold to others or they cannot be sold on social media
channels or online. Tickets offered will be canceled.
Disabled Policy
1. Our guests
with disabilities are required to enter our Theme Park accompanied by a
companion.
2. To
assess the suitability of the person with disability for any ride, the person
with disability and his/her companion must follow a complete boarding process
and strictly follow all safety signs and safety instructions. In case of any
doubt, the ride should not be used. The staff cannot decide about the
suitability for a ride, but they can observe fulfillment of requirements of the
ride restrictions, if visible.
3. The persons proving to have 50% or more disability (a document issued by relevant government agencies: i.e. Disabled ID card or Whit Card by the Ministry) can buy discounted tickets and enter Theme Park.
4. If you
have any questions thereof, contact customer service or the infirmary of the
theme park before joining the queue.
5. The
companions of the concerned persons take full responsibility for the decision
of riding, taking into account the physical possibilities of the persons they
accompany, the safety signs, the evaluation of the course and the natural risks
of riding on the entertainment rides.
6. In cases
where companions are obliged to provide assistance for person with disability
to get on and on the ride, the staff can help but are not allowed to lift the
person with disability; because they are not trained to master safe lifting
techniques varying according to disability.

ticket with them at all times during the validity of the ticket.
2. Tickets
must be original, have a date of issue, and must be presented before this date.
The staff may request identification card and matching signature if necessary.
Keep your ticket or bill at all times with you until you leave Theme Park. In
case of counterfeit card/wristbands or fraudulent use, legal action will be
taken.
3. With
1-day ticket for İSFANBUL Theme Park, you can use all rides in the park during

5. İSFANBUL
does not assume any responsibility for lost tickets.
6. A sold
ticket cannot be transferred resold to any other person.
7. For the
tickets obtained from different companies, agencies and individuals other than
İSFANBULs own sales channels, and the companies and agencies with which
İSFANBUL cooperates, our guests cannot benefit from services offered by
İSFANBUL such as ticket changes and insurance etc. Theme park authorities have
the right to seize the ticket if it is noticed.
8. If you
re-enter Theme Park, you can enter with re-entry seal.
9. For
pregnant women, free ticket will be issued only for the pregnant person if it
is determined that the pregnancy will not prevent the pregnant woman from using
the ride (on Theme Park day). Directorate of Operations will decide whether the
ticket will be issued or not.
10. For the
price differences arising from the campaigns and discounts, no ticket changes
will be made if the campaign and discount conditions do not allow it.
11.
İSFANBUL reserves the right to make a campaign at any time. Our guests who have
already purchased a ticket do not have the right to claim the price difference
between the price of the ticket purchased and the price of the campaign ticket.
12. The
child or baby tickets that can be granted to each full fare ticket or 60+
ticket is maximum 3 tickets.
13. If a
child or baby ticket is granted with a full fare ticket, at least one owner of
a full fare ticket must be above age 18.
14. In the
family, student group and other group purchases, at least 1 person must be
above age 18.
15. Free
tickets that are given in social media campaigns and event and fair
organizations cannot be sold to others or they cannot be sold on social media
channels or online. Tickets offered are canceled

free for children between ages 0 and 3!
TICKET CHANGE RULES
1. Only the
date of ticket can be changed. The refund process and rules apply to change
other information.
2. Ticket
change is strictly prohibited if the ticked expired.
3. Digital
(not in printed form) tickets purchased through internet or call center can be
changed until 15:00 on the date of the ticket via call center or internet.
4. Tickets
purchased ticket booth or mobile booth cannot be changed through call center or
web. To make a change, it is necessary to apply to Theme Park ticket booths
until the ticket date at the very latest.
5. When a
higher priced ticket is replaced with a lower priced ticket, price difference
is not refunded. If the ticket is replaced with a higher priced ticket, the
price difference is charged. If any ticket bought within the scope of a
campaign is requested to be changed, the prices on the date of the new ticket
will be valid and accordingly price difference will be charged.
6. To make
any changes in any printed ticket, sales slip or invoice must be returned to
ticket booth physically along with the ticket. No refunds will be made for
tickets that are not returned.
7. Printed
tickets can only be changed through ticket booths until the ticket date.
SPECIAL RULES FOR CAMPAIGN
TICKETS
In addition
to the general rules mentioned above, the following special rules apply to
DISCOUNTED TICKETS.
1.
Discounted ticket classes are not valid for campaign tickets.
2. Campaign
prices are not valid for group sales.
3. The
number of campaign tickets for 1-day entry offered for sale is limited to the
quota.
4. İSFANBUL
reserves the right to make a campaign at any time. Our guests who have already
purchased a ticket do not have the right to claim the price difference between
the price of the ticket purchased and the price of the campaign ticket.
5. For the price differences arising from the
campaigns and discounts, no ticket changes will be made if the campaign and
discount conditions do not allow it.
Group Rules
RULES FOR GROUP SALES
1. Guests
who buy tickets on group discounts must enter theme park as a group.
2. Group
discounts cannot be applied for campaign tickets.
3. You can
make group purchases for 51 or more persons on the internet.
4. In the
family, student group and other group purchases, at least 1 person must be
above age 18.
Fast Pass
1. The fast
pass wristband is not a VIP, its just a queue area to save you time. All rules
and restrictions that apply to other units in the theme park also apply in this
area.
2. In each
ride, 4 people are accepted from the Fast Pass queue.
3. It does
not grant any right to choose a seat on the units.
4. Fast
pass wristbands are valid for one day.
5. Fast
pass wristbands cannot be sold or returned.
6. Fast
pass wristbands provide a privilege in short queues.
7. Fast
pass wristband is valid for one visitor.
HOW DOES FAST PASS SYSTEM
WORK?
1. Buy your
FAST PASS wristband from our sales points.
2. Go to
the unit you want to use FAST PASS.
3. Head
towards the queue area of the unit marked as FAST PASS.
4. A
limited number of guests with FAST PASS wristbands are allowed to take a seat
on the units.
5. When it is your turn, show your FAST PASS
